കുടുമനീർ (& കുടിമ) a tenure almost equal to a freehold, by which all the body of property rights (⅞) is gained without the crowning dignity (the right of transferring the property to another); a payment not exceeding 2 fanams is annually made to the possessor of the title, who can no more redeem the land. ദേവസ്വം ജന്മം ആ പ റമ്പു കുടിമനീർ വില്ക്ക TR.
