ഒരു രാജാവ ഒരു വെപ്പിൻ കുരു വരുത്തി തന്റെ കൊവി
ലകത്തെ പഞ്ചസാരയിട്ട തടം കെട്ടിച്ച അതിൽ ആ കുരു നടി
യിച്ചു. അത മുളച്ച വലിയതാവൊളം പാൽ കൊരി നനെച്ച
വളൎത്തിക്കൊണ്ട വന്നു. അത വലിയതായപ്പൊൾ അതിൽ പൂ
വ്വും പിഞ്ചും കായും നന്നായി ഉണ്ടായി. ആ രാജാവ അതി
ന്റെ കായ ബഹു മധുരമായിരിക്കുമെന്ന കരുതി ഒരു കായ
പറിപ്പിച്ച വരുത്തി വായിൽ ഇട്ടാറെ അത ബഹു കയ്പായിരു
ന്നു. അതുകൊണ്ട ചില മനുഷ്യർ ചെറുപ്പം മുതൽ സജ്ജന
ങ്ങളുമായി സഹവാസം ചെയ്ത വന്നാലും തങ്ങളുടെ ദുൎഗ്ഗുണം
മാറിപ്പൊകയില്ല.
