When to use this template

This template is used to identify the OTRS ticket associated with the permission of a particular file. See Commons:OTRS for more information.

Syntax

• use {{PermissionOTRS|ticket=https://secure.wikimedia.org/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom&TicketID=000000}} when you know the URL of the OTRS ticket.
• use {{PermissionOTRS|id=0000000000000000}} when you only know the ID number.

You must provide one or both of these parameters.

Categorisation

If the ID or link is given the page is categorised into Category:Items with OTRS permission confirmed

Failure to provide either a link or ticket number will categorise the page into Category:Items missing OTRS ticket ID.
